Tortilhas de Trigo
Ingredientes:
3 xíc. (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 colher (chá) de sal
1 colher (chá) de fermento químico
1/3 xíc. (chá) de azeite ou óleo vegetal
1 xíc. (chá) de água morna
Modo de Preparo:
Em uma tigela, misture os ingredientes secos. Faça um buraco no meio da massa e acrescente os líquidos, misturando com um garfo até incorporar todo o líquido à farinha. Sove a massa por cerca de 5 minutos, ou até obter uma massa lisa e brilhante (esse processo pode ser feito na batedeira, com o batedor de gancho). Corte a massa em 16 pedaços e deixe descansar, coberta, por cerca de 15 minutos. Polvilhe a bancada com farinha de trigo e abra, com o auxílio de um rolo, a tortilha, até que fique com cerca de 18cm de diâmetro. Aqueça uma frigideira em fogo médio e vá assando as tortilhas por cerca de 2 minutos de cada lado, ou até que comecem a dourar. Retire da frigideira e coloque-as sobre um prato, cobertas com um pano de prato úmido, para evitar que ressequem. Caso comecem a quebrar, pincele-as levemente com água e leve para aquecer no micro-ondas por cerca de 10 segundos.
